Work Group Registration Information

The next scheduled session of NCPDP's Quarterly Technical Work Group Meetings is August 3-5, 2022 in Bellevue, WA.

Registration for these meetings must be received in the Council office by Friday, July 22, 2022 for you to appear on the published attendee roster. Registration by this date is also important for space considerations.


As part of your membership benefit package, there is no registration fee associated with attending Quarterly Work Group Meetings.

The registration fee for non-members to attend a work group meeting is $450. Please register by Friday, July 22, 2022 . Attendees participating as non-members do not have voting privileges.

The meeting registration fee for non-members is payable in U.S. dollars by credit card, check, money order, or cash. For more information on registering for the work group meetings please contact Brian Goerlich at 480.477.1000, ext. 109 or

Non-members who pay to attend a work group meeting and then join NCPDP before the next scheduled quarterly work group meeting may apply $250 of the registration fee towards membership.

Registration Cancellation
Meeting registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at the Council office. For cancellations made on or before Friday, July 22, 2022, NCPDP will refund the entire registration fee. If cancellations are received after Friday, July 22, 2022, registration fees will not be refunded.

A block of rooms has been secured at the Hilton Bellevue at the group rate of $200 per night for single/double occupancy. The discounted rate of $200 per night includes basic wireless internet access in guest rooms. Individuals are responsible for room, tax, and incidental charges upon checkout. Reservations can be made online by clicking HERE. To obtain the group rate, reservations must be made by Monday, July 11, 2022 or while supplies last. All reservations received thereafter will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. NOTE: Please be aware that the room block fills up quickly.

Individual Guest Room Deposit and Cancellation Policies
A deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night will be required when the reservation is made. Any room reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax. Update on Covid-19 Restrictions – Washington:
The state's mask mandate for indoor public spaces expired on March 12, 2022 and vaccine verification for large events was lifted on March 1, 2022. The requirement to wear face coverings at large outdoor events ended on Feb. 18, 2022. Current meeting limits: Capacity restrictions for events have been removed.


Dress for all sessions is business casual. Business casual is defined as collared shirts, slacks, and optional sports coats for men; and slacks, casual skirts, or dresses for women. Please keep in mind that meeting room temperatures vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.
